As you can see below I have lost 20 pounds. Actually it is 20.2. I thought it was going to be a gain because I ate a lot of food last weekend.
I have 1.8 pounds to go for my 10% goal. Sprite and I would like to meet our 10% goal by next weeks meeting. I know that if I just stepped up the exercise I could make it. I've been walking at work (keep forgetting to log it though) but I really need to hit the gym.
