Mishka's Friday

Turkey and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread w/ onion and tomato
Lite Yoplait yogurt
Water

Exercise

Walked 4 1/2 miles for about 1 1/2 hours on varied terrain hiding a new geocache 393 calories

Beef enchiladas
Chile relleno
Guacamole
Tortilla chips
Pinto beans w/jalepenos
Drink of some sort (can't eat Mexican food without some kind of drink...)
