Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

Large cheesey sourdough bagel w/regular cream cheese
Medium coffee w/sugar and milk

Exercise

Walked 4 miles and did 4 sets of walking lunges 10 per leg each set.
Water

Lunch

Slim fast in milk
1 serving of cheddar cheese
Water

Dinner (at Ruby Tuesday's)

Big ass salad w/a little ranch dressing
1/2 bacon avocado burger
1/2 serving of fries w/A-1 sauce
Water
