I didn't keep track of my food on a point-by-point basis on Saturday, but I didn't eat much that was "bad" and I had plenty of bonus points left for the week.
On Sunday......
1/2 cup scrambled eggs 5 points
1 cup orange juice 2 points
Kashi bar 2 points
baked halibut steak 5 points
large baked potato 2 points
1 tsp butter 1 point
assorted veggies 0 points
2/3 cheese biscuit 4 points
1/2 bag popcorn 1 point
skinny cow fudge bar 2 points
TOTAL: 24 points (31 weekly bonus points left)

Yeah I kept track in my head but it might not have been such a good idea. I have definitely gained some weight. :-(
