I have moved to Tuesday evening instead of Monday evening for weigh in because I will have ceramics class on Monday nights starting next week. I really liked the WW leader in this meeting. She was very good about talking to every person in the group and was very motherly in a comforting way.
I lost 2 pounds this last week and I am very pleased. Saturday's Mexican extravaganza was balanced out, I think, by being very good the next three days.
The leader tonight was saying that she encourages everyone to eat their full 35 bonus points. I don't think I would lose nearly as fast if I did that, but I'm not going to beat myself up about hitting my total points last week. If I only do that once every two months, I think I'm doing OK.
I missed Chicken at the meeting but wish her luck with weigh in tomorrow!

Good job Chicken!!! I'm wondering if you did something similar to Wendy's plan again. I might skip this week. I know I have lost weight (because I stepped on the scale this morning) but I don't feel like going. Baaaaad chicken.
You need to go! Even if it's just to have the loss documented in your little folder thing. You need to be consistent to create good habits, so GO!
