Breakfast

Granola w/milk and banana
Iced coffee

Lunch

Turkey and cheese sandwich on multigrain brain
Chips and salsa
Water

Pre soccer snack

1/2 cucumber
1 medium tomato
9 baby carrots
Water
2 corn tortillas w/cheddar

Exercise

Soccer for 45 minutes for a burn of 517 calories

Dinner (local chinese takeout)

Steamed white rice
Sweet and sour pork
Kung Pao chicken
Lite Rolling Rock beer
