Coffee (first one in weeks)
Asiago cheese bagel with plain cream cheese
Lunch (about 150 calories)
Roasted unsalted peanuts
Water
Dinner (about 1020 calories)
3 fajita sized tortillas
1 serving of mozzarella cheese
1 serving of lite sour cream
1 avocado
1 serving of tortilla chips
1 serving of fajita meat
Tomato, onion, bellpepper
Water
Snack
Lite cottage cheese, and peaches, lite
Way too many calories, no gym and only two meals....so I broke all the rules. Will spend some time at the gym tomorrow to work out and will definitely eat better. Grrrrr I am mad.
