New Goal
I haven't been logging my weekend food because I was counting it in my head. Well I slipped up yesterday and ate way to much food. So my new goal is to start logging my weekend food.
I'm heading to the gym today after work to try to make up for it.

Sounds like a good goal...some weekends it is hard for me to log my food, especially if I forget for a few days and have to go back in my head.
I write my food down in my Quick Tracker, even if I don't blog it. If I stop paying attention, I always eat too much!
