20 minutes of weight lifting (biceps and triceps and abs)

1 serving of roasted turkey
1 serving of couscous w/veggies
Snacks (at Christmas party)
Chocolate covered cherries
1/3 piece of orange cake
Christmas punch of sprite, wine, vodka and juices
