Today is my day to get back on the strict plan...I have been eating too large of portions and too much of what I shouldn't be. I am going to try to reduce portion size, fat, and sugar as much as I can and see if I can pump up the workouts as well.
I don't feel like I am making any headway with what I have been doing and I really want to lose some weight before the weather gets nice and I have to put shorts on again....
