Coffee w/milk and sugar

Exercise

10 minutes jogging to gym
20 minutes on elliptical level 3 hill interval

Lunch

Turkey and cheese sandwich on multigrain bread
Diet Coke
Tortilla chips
Salsa

Exercise

Yardwork for 1 hour

Dinner (at wedding)

Roll with slice of roast beef
Shrimp al gratin
Hordourves
Vodka tonic
Pita chips w/spinach dip
