Mishka's Status

I have started working out everyday. Nothing amazing but at least I am moving and being diligent about it. I will start working harder next week but I want to get at least one week of consistency behind me before I go too crazy. I have until June to get fit...would love for it to be faster than that, but that is my ultimate goal right now.

I want to lose about 20-25 lbs which would put me at 135 or so, which is a healthy weight for me considering how much I lift weights. If I didn't lift, I could get smaller but I like having muscle and being strong so I will forgive the few pounds it adds to me...haha.

So even if I lost 1-2 lbs a week, I could realistically do it in a 15 weeks or quicker....I don't know that every week will be that productive but I know I can do it in my ultimate timeframe and that is all that matters. I know I will feel better about a lot of things if I just get moving and get it done...so it is just a matter of making it a priority and therefore making the time for it each and everyday....

You can do it sis. Working out everyday is super hard. I think that you could lose that much weight by then. I did with WW and really it is how your body feels that matters. I'm recommitting (I know I have said it a million times) today. I've put on some weight and it is making me feel bad about myself.

We can do this together sis!!!

There is nothing wrong with recommiting....it is the giving up that is bad...
