Chicken's Monday

Well I'm going to eat whatever I want today but this week I'm getting back on it. Spring break is over which means I'm back on circuit weight training, yoga and running. I might as well watch what I eat too.

You are doing much better than me these days...the clock is ticking too on my time so I need to get to it...but just when I think I am back to it, something comes up (or out as the case my be) and I am back to feeling like crap.

I'm sorry you feel like crap sis. I totally understand. Don't beat yourself up and get to it when you can.
