Chicken's Update

Well I haven't been on points but I haven't been eating like total crap either. This doesn't seem to make much of a difference because I've still gained a few pounds and my clothes are tighter. Yes I have gained muscle but this is also fat.

I have been trying to run and do circuit weight as much as I can. I almost bailed out of running yesterday but William insisted. I'm glad that he did. I'm not increasing my time or staying with my longest time which is 45 minutes. This is something I really need to work on. I also want to run faster but I think I need to drop some weight to help with that.

I plan to go to circuit weight for 50 minutes today. We are going running tomorrow after work because we are hiking with some friends on Saturday and want to get it in.

I really have to focus on the food issue now. Even if I have good food in the house I eat too much sometimes.

I didn't realize that William was running with you....that is so cool.
