Well eating like crap and not exercising makes me feel like crap and gain weight. I have been eating out a lot because we didn't have a functioning kitchen for a while. Now we are somewhat moved in and we went shopping for food yesterday. My circuit weight training class starts up again and I'm pretty much over this cold. So I am trying to get back on track. I also want to start running again.
