Lender's Onion Bagel with 1/2 serving of CC, sliced onion, sliced tomato
Coffee w/1tsp of sugar and 1/2 serving of evaporated milk
Lunch
1 cucumber
1 roma tomato
1 serving of roasted garlic Triscuits
1 serving of medium cheddar cheese
1 12oz glass of slightly sweetened iced tea
Dinner (at bunco)
Coucous
Beef kabob with tomato and onion
Green salad
Hummus
Pita bread
1/2 piece of cream cheese roll
Roasted pear with table spoon of ice cream
Coffee w/raw sugar and cream
My exercise was derailed today (went to the gym but didn't get the exercise in...explain that) but I will do double duty tomorrow to make up for it....
