Monday for Mishka

Breakfast

Cereal w/1% milk
Hot tea w/sugar and milk

Lunch

3 small bowls of kwiteo throughout lunch and late afternoon
12 oz glass of slightly sweetened iced tea

Exercise

20 minutes on elliptical, level 3 hill profile
20 minutes on recumbant, level 3 manual
Chests, triceps and ab weight lifting
15 minutes in steam room

Dinner

1 slice of multigrain bread toasted with part skim mozzarella melted, sliced onion and tomato
1 Yoplait Lite with 1/2 serving of roasted unsalted peanuts
8 oz of 1% milk
