I fell of the wagon soft of. I haven't been logging and I ate some bad things. I'm kind of in an emotional slump which isn't helping.
Here is today:

3 Cheese Chicken with Broccoli 4 points
Dinner
Roasted Vegi Lasagna 5 points
Whole Wheat Pita with Hummus 3 points

What is the emotional slump about? I have been off the exercise wagon for a while now...I had a cold, then it went away, then I got it again, then it went away, and this morning I woke up feeling horrible.....grrrr! But I am not giving up!!!
I don't know. I need to go to the Doctor because I am having PMS two weeks before my period. I hope that wasn't TMI for anyone reading.
