Well I did okay on the weekend and I ate all of my flex points plus a 6 more. I feel like I gained weight. I'm going to weigh-in tomorrow but I'm pretty sure the results will not be good. I can't give up so I'm going to try hard this week.

No giving up....I haven't been to the gym in two days but I have been busy so I haven't been just sitting around...hopefully this cold I feel coming on will be on its way out tomorrow (with any luck) and I can try for Wednesday at the gym...I figure even if I have a few days off, the fact is that I am not off the wagon...just get back into as soon as you can.
Don't get discouraged!!! I am already feeling better with what I have done and that is motivating me to do more!!!
