Chicken's Wednesday and Update

It is weird how weight loss works. Here I was complaining about eating a few too many points this weekend. I also was complaining to Mind Sprite about how I'm doing this even more hardcore than last time (I rarely drink alcohol, I'm exercising more and I stopped drinking soda) and I haven't been losing weight like I thought. Then I wake up this morning a feel a little lighter so I weigh myself. I've lost 3 pounds this week and 4.5 last week. So 7.5 in the last couple of weeks isn't too bad.

Breakfast
1 cup Healthy Ohs 2 points
1 cup fat free skim milk 2 points

Exercise
40 minutes circuit weight training 3 AP
60 mintutes water aerobics 2 AP

Lunch
Sante Fe Rice and Beans 6 points

Dinner
1 chicken taco no cheese and some rice and beans 7 points
Wine 6 points
