Well I did okay on this weekend's food. My goal for the upcoming weekend is to log all of my food. I basically ate all of my Flex Points. I feel like I have lost weight. Bill said I look like it and my clothes are fitting better. We ran the Cinco De Mayo 5K and I didn't walk once even though I wanted to up the icky hill. I will drink one Cafe Su Da today which has half n half but I'm working out today and will be eating very well so I should be okay.
