From Fitness Magazine April 2007:
"We're always putting fitness and other preventative measures last, because we're busy and they don't seem urgent. But isn't your health more important than, say the laundry or the lawn?"
Absolutely..and that is the kind of message I really need. My exercise is always getting put after all the other things on the To Do list, when I know that it makes me feel great and more motivated to tackle the other times.
