Breakfast

Iced chai tea w/sugar and milk

Lunch

Salad w/sesame dressing
Spicy hummus
Bagel bits
Water

Exercise

20 minutes, elliptical, hill profile, level 4
20 minutes, kicking soccer ball
40 minutes, weight lifting chests, abs, and triceps

Dinner

Subway melt on flatbread, chipolte dressing
Dekavita drink
Water
1 serving of blue corn tortilla chips
Salsa

Exercise

1 hour walking 3 miles

Snack

1 Yoplait light yogurt
Water
