Well I did well this weekend except some cheese toast last night. Aunt FLo is visiting which isn't helping. I was supposed to run this weekend but I was in too much pain to make that happen. I was really upset this morning because I weighed in and I weight he exact same amount. I feel like I lost weight so this doesn't make sense.
I'm not going to go to Aquatic exercise today but I plan to run after work.

Same relative visiting here too and I haven't lost weight either even though the mirror looks better. I am thinking it is tone and not pounds.
