Exercise
1 hour weight lifting, legs, abs and shoulders...circuit training style, no breaks in between sets.
Gym will be closed this weekend for Rocktoberfest but I will get an hour of cardio in on Sat and Sun even if I can't lift...and I am sure I can find some Wii and/or calisthenics I can do.
Speaking of Wii, I heard that there is another Wii Fit game coming out that is supposed to be even harder...I might have to check that out!!
