Okay, it has been a week since I was at the gym because of playing too hard last weekend and then having issues with eating this week, I have just not had the energy but today, I actually did eat enough to work out so I did.
Exercise
1 hour, weight lifting chests, triceps, and abs
Hope to get an hour walk in later...we'll see if I ate enough for two hours total or not. I kind of like this not eating much thing...I am losing weight without even trying but I want to be fit too and that means working out, so I am going to have to bump the calories up just enough that I don't start feeling shaky at the gym...

56 mins walking, 3.4 miles Toguchi/River Trail
Looks like I got it in and that is good because I probably had one too many pieces of sushi for late lunch...
