I did pretty good at keeping on points but I didn't get any exercise because I was sick. I haven't been weighing in but I don't feel like I have lost anything. In fact I feel like I gained. No matter what I'm sticking to it. I'm not sure if I will be exercising today since I'm still trying to kick this cold.

I hear you sis....stick with it. I have been bad this week...so busy, cold weather and aunt flow....grr but I am determined to get back at it full force!!!
