Thursday for Mishka

Breakfast

English muffin w/lite Laughing Cow, roasted turkey, onion, and tomato
Lg coffee w/sugar and non-fat milk

Exercise

2.2 miles in 35 mins...walking

Lunch

Tuna fish salad w/mayo, mustard, onion, and relish
1 serving of water crackers
Iced tea

Dinner

2 cups of cooked beansprouts/mushrooms
1 protein drink w/banana

Snack

1 serving of baby carrots
