Chicken starting over AGAIN

So I just keep putting on weight and now I feel really bad. So today is my first day back at counting everything and exercising. I want to look good when I eventually go to Hawaii.

Breakfast
TJ Apple Cinnamon oatmeal 4 points

Snack
1 medium banana 2 points

Lunch
Pasta with Ricotta and Spinach 5 points

Exercise
Walked home 40 minutes

Dinner
Adobo pork loin with corn 8 points

Snack
Chips with lowfat cream cheese 4 points

You can do it sis...just think about how good you felt when you had the weight off...I am back at it too this week...we can do it together!!!

I am so frustrated that I gained it back. It is harder this time because I don't have a cigarette to suppress my appetite.

We will do it together I know we can. We will be hotty mamas on the beach in no time.
