Mishka's Sunday

Okay, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I actually ate okay but didn't get much if any exercise...

Breakfast

1/2 cup of rice w/mango, nonfat milk and 1 tsp of sugar
7 strawberries
2 halves of deviled egg
1 lrg coffee
Water

Lunch

Protein drink w/nonfat milk and banana

Exercise

35 mins of racquetball w/Hayley

Dinner

1/2 cup pulled pork
1 avocado
Water

Snack

1 bag of plain popcorn w/tabasco and parmesan added
Water
