Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

1 onion bagel w/light cc, onion and tomato
1 slightly overripe banana (yuck)
1 lrg coffee w/fat free half and half and sugar

Lunch

Small bowl of Thai beef noodle soup w/veggies
1 12 oz glass of Thai iced tea w/nonfat half and half

Snack

Simple Harvest multigrain lowfat granola bar
1 12 oz glass of Thai iced tea w/nonfat half and half

Dinner

Small bowl of Thai beef noodle soup w/ veggies
1 lemonade/tequila cocktail

Exercise

Dog walking
Wii Fit
