Okay, back on the program...have put a two hour block into my calendar for every weekday...so that way, I schedule other things around it rather than it around other things...so far so good.
Breakfast
2 packets of Simple Harvest multigrain oatmeal w/nonfat organic milk
1 lrg coffee w/sugar and nonfat organic milk
Lunch
Tuna and Salmon sashimi
Edamame
Green tea (not sweet)
1 shrimp roll
Exercise
23 minutes walking 3.9mph, hill profile, level 14
1 hour lifting weights, chests, abs and biceps
Dinner
1/2 cup of jasmine rice
1/2 cup of red curry with shrimp and veggies
Snack
1 Simple Harvest lowfat granola bar
1 cup of nonfat organic milk
I was a bit hungry but not starving...so that is good...when I am starving I tend to snack more. Note that I have a friend that is doing some kind of cleanse w/lemon juice, water, maple syrup, and hotsauce for 14 days....I figure I have to be healthier than that, right?

There is no way I could do a cleanse like that. WTF with the hotsauce?
Yeah, she was pretty hungry the first three days but I guess she has gotten used to it...I am so desperate right now that not eating for 14 days actually sounds like a good idea but I will try to keep my insanity at bay and eat healthy...
