Breakfast
Bagel thin with 1 scrambled egg w/parm 3.5 points

Exercise
30 minutes running on treadmill

Lunch
LC Swedish meatballs w/tbs lite sour cream 7 points

Dinner
Green salad w/turkey, cheese and cottage cheese 7 points

Snack
Popcorn 4 points
Nonfat frozen yogurt 4 points

Good for you sis...I need to get back to logging but I don't think it is going to happen right now...too much going on...am just happy if I can keep dinner's light and get enough exercise in...seems all the headway I made was blown but I am still determined!!!

Thanks. It is hard for the first few days but I think I am getting the hang of it again. I really really want to feel better so this needs to happen. I signed up for circuit weight training again. I was bored with it before but it was really helping. I work out at home but it isn't consistent enough. I also want to run a 10k someday and there is no way I can do it at this weight.

No worries about logging. You have enough on your plate. As long as you are doing what you need to to food and exercise wise you'll be okay.
