Chicken's Monday

I can tell that I lost weight from being back on WW for a week. William noticed it too. I may start weighing myself now.

Breakfast
1 Bagel thin with light cream cheese 2 points

Lunch
WW Spinach Ricotta Pasta 5 points
Honest Tea half and half 2 points

Exercise
20 minute walk

Dinner
Rice and cheese burrito 12 points

Snack
Pretzel thins w/light cream cheese 4 points
