Mishka's Monday

Exercise

2.2 mile walk w/ three sets of 10 lunges each leg in 39 minutes

I wasn't even 1 minute into the walk and I could feel how much better I already felt just breathing fresh air and moving my body to a good beat. I don't know why I let myself go without exercise and then seem so surprised how good it makes me feel when I start back up...I just need to stick with it. It is so good for my brain too!!

Have a busy day but hope to get an hour in at the gym as well. I have a new dance game for my Wii so I might give it a go as well as a break from all this packing, organizing and purging...

Exercise

30 minutes of Wii Fit and Just Dance on the Wii....definitely got a sweat going!!

I totally know what you mean. Often the anticipation of the exercise is worse that the actual exercise.
