Pushing Myself

I am just barely starting to feel some muscle difference in my legs when I touch them...not when I look at them unfortunately but that touch is enough right now to just keep me motivated.

Today, I didn't want to do legs at the gym...mostly because I HATE having to unload the 100 lb weight that some jackass always leaves on there so I could put my lower weights on there. Anyhow I got through that, and I managed to push myself for one extra set of reps on every leg exercise because I kept telling myself that the harder I worked today meant the faster I would be able to not just feel the results but see them too!!!
