Okay, after a weekend of eating more than I should have (not bad things, except maybe that hamburger on Friday night, but just too big of portion sizes), I am back at the program. Signed up to do a 5K in March as well so that will hopefully motivate me to get running again since I have been slacking on that as well.
Exercise
60 mins of circuit training class, with lunges, abs and stretching at the end.

It is okay that you had a special meal with popi - now your goal is to get strong for your race. You will do it as you have the mindset for it. You go girl - I am so very proud of you! Love, your momma
