Okay, I have been slacking lately....just eating too much, and not the right things and then on top of that, not getting enough exercise and I feel myself sliding towards weight gain (which I have been so proud to have lost).
So now that the fridge is clear of most of the cheater items, and I stepped on a scale yesterday to be shocked back into reality, it is time for me to get back at it with no excuses.
I have a race coming up in 2 weeks that I haven't been training for so I just need to keep that in mind and remember how happy I have been these last few months with my new leaner body and show some freaking willpower.
