Weighed this morning and gained .4 lbs back but I figure it can be water weight, so I am not going to beat myself up too much on it, but will just keep buckled down and working out like I have been and hope to see better results next Monday.
Breakfast
2 cups of coffee w/sugar and half and half
1 glass of water
1 egg over easy
1/2 biscuit
1/2 order of hashbrowns
1 slice of bacon
Vitamins
Exercise
20 mins of cleaning swimming pool
Lunch
1 steamed tilapia fillet
1 cup of steamed brussel sprouts
1 tbs mayo, 2 tbs of salsa
1 glass of water
1 cup of blueberry herbal tea
