Mishka's Saturday Food

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk scrambled w/onion, garlic, and pico de gallo
3/4 cup of red seedless grapes
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

1 cup of leftover Laab Mu
2 cups of raw green cabbage
1/3 of large cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup of hot Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Water

Snack

Protein bar
1/2 cup mix of raisins, dry roasted almonds (no salt), dry roasted cashews (no salt)
Water

Dinner

2 cups steamed zucchini w/ 1tbs of fresh grated parmesan
1/2 cup of diced chicken breast, sauteed w/sesame oil, and sesame seed
Water
