Mishka's Thursday Food

Breakfast

3 tiny hardboiled eggs w/Tabasco
1 Fuji apple w/almond butter
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Water and vitamins

Lunch

2 pieces of unagi nigiri (BBQ eel)
2 pieces of sake nigiri (salmon)
Maguro sashimi (tuna)
3/4 cup of edamame
Small pot of ocha (green tea)
Water

Snack

1 banana
Water

Dinner

1 can of smoked oysters w/cream cheese and multigrain water crackers
Water

Snack

4 heaping tbs of plain honey yogurt w/blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
