Mishka's Friday Food

Breakfast

Protein drink w/strawberries, banana, ginger, spinach and almond milk
Water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

16 oz hot kicker

Dinner (with family)

2 beef enchiladas
Big salad w/blue cheese dressing
2 pieces of chocolate
6 oz of red wine
Water

Dessert

1/4 of a cinnamon roll

Snack

6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
