Mishka's Friday Food

Breakfast

1 serving of leftover ham
2 fried eggs
Small piece of pumpkin bread
1/2 cup of red seedless grapes
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

1 can of coffee
Lemon water
3 oz of leftover turkey
1 tbs of gravy
2 tbs of mashed potato
Sliver slice of pumpkin cheesecake

Dinner

Leftover turkey
2 tbs of leftover mashed potato
1 tbs gravy
3/4 cup of steamed green peas
Lemon water

Snack

1 12 oz porter
1 slice of pumpkin pie with Coolwhip
