Protein drink with strawberries, banana, spinach, ginger, almond milk
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Water and vitamins

Dinner

2 flautas w/shredded beef, rice and beans
Chips and salsa
1 grande margarita
Water
