1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water
Dinner
Vanilla whey protein drink w/almond milk, banana, ginger, and spinach
Stirfried bean sprouts w/garlic and green onion, sesame oil, and lite soy sauce
Water
Snack
2 cups of plain stovetop popcorn w/Tabasco and fresh parmesan
