Mishka's Wednesday Food

Breakfast

1 Fuji apple w/almond butter
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

Steamed tilapia
Steamed brussels sprouts
2 tbs mixed with 1 tbs of mayo as a sauce
Lemon water

Snack

1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
1 serving of dark chocolate almond bark

Dinner

Vanilla whey protein drink w/almond milk, banana, and spinach
Stirfried bean sprouts w/garlic and green onion, sesame oil, and lite soy sauce
Water

Snack

6 oz of strawberry honey kefir
Small handful of almonds
