Mishka's Friday Food

Breakfast

3/4 cup of jasmine rice warmed up w/1 tsp raw sugar, raisins, almond milk, and crushed pecans
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

Steamed salmon fillet
Steamed brussels sprouts
Iced tea

Snack

Peppermint hot chocolate

Dinner

Kwiteow (Thai beef noodle soup w/veggies)
Water

Snack

1 serving of Tootsie Roll
