Iced tea (semi-sweetened)

Sauteed thin-sliced beef w/onions
Steamed zucchini
Water
2 servings of Tootsie Roll
Snack
4 tbs of plain honey yogurt w/dried blueberries and dryroasted unsalted peanuts
Glass of Pinot Gris
