Lunch
5 oz of ribeye
1/2 cup of garlic mashed potatoes
Lemon water
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Dinner
Steamed zucchini
Sauteed thin sliced beef w/onion
Lemon water
Snack
4 tbs yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Whole grain water crackers w/cream cheese
12 oz of red ale
