Mishka's Tuesday Food

Breakfast

2 egg whites scrambled w/onion, garlic, cilantro and Tabasco
2 corn tortillas steamed
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

1 hardboiled egg w/Tabasco
1/2 cup of cottage cheese w/pepper
8 whole grain water crackers
2 tbs of almond butter

Snack

1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almondmilk
1 bowl of hot and sour egg drop soup
Wate

Dinner

Steamed zucchini
Stirfried thin sliced beef w/onion
Water

Snack

Hot peppermint chocolate
1 serving of Tootsie Rolls
Macadamia nuts
