2 tbs of almond butter

1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almondmilk
1 bowl of hot and sour egg drop soup
Wate
Dinner
Steamed zucchini
Stirfried thin sliced beef w/onion
Water
Snack
Hot peppermint chocolate
1 serving of Tootsie Rolls
Macadamia nuts
